How does it work?

It couldn't be simpler! We have streamlined our entire affiliate process to ensure ease of use, while still maintaining extremely accurate tracking methods. The process is as follows:

1. A visitor clicks on an affiliate link on your site or in an email.
2. The visitors IP is logged and a cookie is placed in their browser for tracking purposes.
3. The visitor browses the website of FOTO.com, and may decide to order.
4. If the visitor orders (the order need not be placed during the same browser session - cookies and IPs are stored for a while), the order will be registered as a sale for you.
5. We will review and approve the sale.
6. You will receive commission payouts once a month (if your balance meets the minimum payout amount).

That's it! You send us business, we send you money!

Rules and Requirements

We do have some basic ground rules for the program, so please read before signing up:

• All participants must be at least 18 years old.
• Affiliation is only offered for the European business of FOTO.com, not for the United States.
• You may not change the format or size of the ad media without authorization.
• You may not bid on the brand name of FOTO.com.
• You may not try in any way to fake any business transactions.
• You may not force clicks in any way. Examples:
  • You may not load the destination page in a pop-up/pop-under. The only exception to this rule are visible pop-ups that open when the user clicks on an advertising promoting FOTO.com. In this case the size of the pop-up must allow the user to use the website FOTO.com without having to scroll horizontally.
  • You may not load the destination pages in any way that is not visible to the user (e.g. by using a hidden iframe)
  • You may not mislead a user to unknowingly click on a FOTO.com advertising.
  • You may not provide deceptive incentives for a user to click on a FOTO.com advertising (e.g. by using 'click-to-reveal' voucher codes or similar).

Participants caught violating or attempting to circumvent these rules will have all affiliate credit voided and will not receive payouts. Additionally, they will be banned from further participation in our affiliate program.
